Bisexual		Equally interested in both sexes
Bondage and Discipline		The use of any restraints during sex play, often employs scarves, handcuffs, ropes etc.
Back Door		Generally used in reference to anal sex

Bondage		To tie up or be tied up as part of sex
Couple		Generally refers to a male/female couple within the Lifestyle. If a gay couple then the words gay, male or female should be added to avoid confusion.
Cross-dressing		Wearing clothing of the opposite sex. (Transvestitism)
Cut		A circumcised penis
Discipline		Includes mild spankings to painful beatings, any disciplinary action which arouses sexual desires
DP		Double Penetration. For a woman to be entered into both the vagina and anally simultaneously
Exhibitionism		Sexual desire to pose or show off during sex
Fetish		Sexual arousal through the use or wearing of certain object (leather, vinyl, plastic etc) or sexual attraction to specific parts of the body (feet etc)
French		Oral Sex
Foursome		Any combination of four people engaged in sexual play at the same time (usually two M/F couples)
Full Swap		Generally refers to sexual intercourse with someone other than your partner.
Golden Shower		See Water Sports
Greek		Anal Sex
Hedonist		Someone whose main objective is pleasure.
Heteroflexible		Person who is predominantly heterosexual but is open to some bi play during a threesome, foursome, group sex if a person of the opposite sex is also playing.
Heterosexual		Sexual contact only with the opposite sex (straight)
Homoflexible		Person who is predominantly homosexual but is open to some bi play during a threesome, foursome or group sex, if a person of the opposite sex is also playing.
Homosexual		Sexual contact only with the same sex (gay)
HWP		Height and Weight Proportional
Interracial Couple		Couple comprised of two people of different races
Jack and Jill Party		Originally used to describe a combination bachelor and bachelorette party. In the swinger community refers to what is commonly considered to be masturbation parties. Depending on the region some interaction between couples is allowed but for the most part you keep your hands on you and your partner only.
Kinky		Sexual activity that falls outside of the norm, also known as exotic.
Lifestyle, The		Another way of saying Swinging or the Swinging Lifestyle.
Ménage a trios		See Threesome
Newbie		Refers to someone new to Swinging
Non-Partner		Person that you are playing with that is not your regular/usual partner
Off-Premise		Events in which sexual activity is prohibited at the party.
On-Premise		Events where sexual activities are allowed where the event is being held.
Orgy		Event where unrestrained multiple sexual activities occur all in one room (Roman Orgy)
Partner		Term used to denote your usual partner. Generally part of a couple (husband/wife, life partner/ committed partner)
Play		Refers to sexual activity
Quickie		Sexual intercourse that is short in duration.
Raw		Sex without a condom
Role Playing		A practice where one or more people will take on the role of another person (doctor/patient, patient/nurse, teacher/student, and sports player/cheerleader)
S&M		Sadomasochism
Sadomasochism		The giving and receiving of pain as part of or the main focus of sex.
Safe		Not to be confused with safe sex...used to distinguish men and women who (through a vasectomy, hysterectomy etc) can not cause or become pregnant.
Safe Sex		Generally meant to mean sex with a condom
Separate Room Swap		A swap where the couples have sex in separate rooms.
Soft Swing		Where two couples will agree to watch each other during sexual activities.
Swapping		The exchanging of partners by two couples
Swinger		Term used to denote a person who is involved in swinging.
Swinging		Term used to indicate the practice of having sex with more than one specific partner.
Threesome		Any combination of three people engaged in sexual play at the same time
Transvestitism		Wearing clothing of the opposite sex (Cross-dressing)
Unicorn		Name given to a single woman in the Lifestyle Used because single female swingers are very rare
Uncut		An uncircumcised penis
Urolagnia		See Water Sports
Vanilla		Denotes anything non-sexual and outside the swinger or alternative lifestyle. i.e. Vanilla party or Vanilla friends
Voyeurism		The act of watching others engaged in sexual activities.
Water Sports		Act where one person urinates on another (Urolagnia, golden showers)
