Adult Socials Refund and Credit Policy

For the enjoyment of all our guests, we try our best to keep a balanced room at all Adult Socials Events. Due the nature of Adult Social events and in keeping with our no walkup policy, by pre-paying for an Adult Socials event, you are reserving a space.

Events are planned months in advance and happen regardless of weather, or your personal situation. Please let us know ASAP if you cannot make an event after you have made a reservation. Failure to notify us or "no-shows" may result in you being banned from future events.

NO credit or refund will be available to anyone for any reason if contact is not made in writing and confirmed through email from Adult Socials Events, the minimum of one day prior to an event.

Refunds
If you have paid through Pay Pal refunds are ONLY available if requested the minimum of one week, (7 days) prior to the day of the event. Example: If an event is scheduled for Saturday evening, we must receive your cancellation prior to the previous Saturday.

To request a refund:
Send an email to Adult Socials Events with the words “Cancel - Refund Request” in the subject box. Please remember to include the date and name of the event. Refund requests will be processed within 2 - 3 business days. 

Credits
If you have paid through Pay Pal and cannot make the event, credits towards future events are ONLY available if requested, at least one (1) day prior to that event.

To request a credit:
Send an email to  Adult Socials Events with the words “Party Credit” in the subject box. Please remember to include the date and name of the event. A confirmation notice will be sent via email confirming your credit within 2 - 3 business days.

You MUST receive an email from Adult Socials Events, confirming receipt of your email. Credits may be exchanged for any Adult Socials event with an equal or lesser donation rate, by forwarding to us the confirmation letter listed above, the minimum of one week, (7 days) prior to the day of the event. If the event donation rate is more than the credit issued, member will be responsible for the difference. ALL event restrictions still apply, for instance single members cannot use credits towards couple only events, unless they attend as a couple.
